VoicePrint helps build awareness of individual communication styles and how you can adapt the voices you use to build better relationships and increase your impact and influence. It helps us to understand how we use 9 different voices when communicating and how these may change when we are under stress and pressure. Attendees complete a self-perception questionnaire as well as receive a 360° feedback report with feedback provided from your manager, peers and direct reports on communication style.
