welcome

Full Spectrum Change

Full Spectrum Change Ltd  was founded by Elaine Stephens to deliver transformational leadership development,  executive and career coaching for individuals and teams.

  • Is your organisation struggling with high staff turnover and low staff engagement?
  • Are you looking for an alternative to pay rises to retain and engage people?
  • Are you looking to build a culture where people thrive?

Previously as a Learning & Development leader within a Clinical Research Organisation, Elaine saw the impact that investing in great leadership development had on helping staff feel valued, and on creating cultures where people feel engaged and empowered.

At Full Spectrum Change, we work in partnership with organisations to deliver programs that focus on the human element of leadership, looking to improve not only team performance, but also self-awareness and creating an environment where everyone can flourish.

We design bespoke programs for you or feel free to take a look at our services pages to see more details on our coaching, leadership, well-being and personal development offerings. All programs are designed with evaluation plans to measure the impact of your investment.

We also work with individuals who are feeling stuck, burnt-out and uninspired to help you find fulfilment in your work so that you can flourish. Our career coaching is unique in that we work with a tool called Colour Mirrors to help you discover your true potential and align your career to your true essence.
