With over 20 years of experience in various operational roles within the pharmaceutical clinical research industry, I discovered my passion in learning and development.

My coaching philosophy and methods are shaped by my training in coaching and NLP, coaching supervision, and ongoing professional development. For more than 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the learning and development sector, adopting a coaching leadership style with my team and serving as an internal coach for high-potential leaders. Leading a global department has equipped me with insights into the challenges leaders encounter and an understanding of the organizational context.

My journey in personal development has always been driven by a desire to enhance self-awareness and recognize my strengths. However, it was the introduction to the Colour Mirrors system in 2012 that truly ignited my quest to uncover my unique talents and purpose. I embraced the world of colour, becoming a Colour Mirrors Practitioner and Teacher.

Today, my focus is on creating and delivering transformative leadership development and coaching programs. These programs are designed to assist individuals in uncovering their unique talents and strengths, thereby enabling them to flourish in their professional lives. I employ various tools and methodologies, including the Colour Mirrors system, to support individuals in realizing their leadership potential and find fulfilment in their careers.
